Orange Poppy Seed Bundt Cake

Note:  Use a Bundt or Angel Food Cake Pan

Cake:
1 package white cake mix
5 eggs
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup orange juice

Orange Glaze:  (follow recipe below)

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vanilla pudding, poppy seeds, vegetable oil, and orange juice.  Mix well for five minutes.  Pour into greased and floured Bundt or Angel Food cake pan.  Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.  Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.  When cool, glaze with icing  made with Orange Glaze recipe below.

Orange Glaze:
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon soft butter
2 to 4 tablespoons orange juice
1 to 2 teaspoons orange peel.

Orange Glaze:  In a small mixing bowl, combine sugar and butter.  Add orange juice gradually to achieve desire consistency.  Stir in orange peel and frost on cooled cake, letting glaze drizzle down sides of cake.
