Chorizo Meatballs


1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Kosher salt, or sea salt
1 teaspoon coarse-ground black pepper
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes, or more if desired
1 teaspoon oregano

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.  Form into 1-inch balls and cook in a frying pan until no pink remains.  Eat plain or in spaghetti sauce.
