Pepperoni Bread

1 loaf of frozen bread dough, thawed

olive oil to drizzle on dough

8 slices of Provolone Cheese

slices of pepperoni, diced

jalapeno peppers (canned okay) (optional)

2 teaspoons melted butter to brush on loaf

cayenne pepper (optional)

crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Grease a large rectangle cookie sheet and press thawed bread dough out onto it - it is okay if bread is still cold.  Drizzle with olive oil and lay Provolone Cheese slices down the middle.  Cover with diced pieces of pepperoni, and jalapeno peppers if desired.  Roll dough in jelly-roll fashion with seam at top of loaf.  Secure dough with toothpicks across loaf.  Brush loaf with melted butter and sprinkle on a small amount of cayenne pepper and crushed red pepper flakes, if desired.  Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.  Serve hot sliced crossways.  Very filling and easy meal.
