Chocolate Chip Blondies

1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon white whole wheat flour

1/4 cups oats, ground (grind whole rolled oats in coffee grinder)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup grain sweetened or regular chocolate chips

In a medium-size mixing bow, combine all ingredients together with a spoon and place in a greased 8x8-inch baking pan.  Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes, rotate pan and bake an additional 6 to 7 minutes.  Cool.  Cut into bars and serve.
