Beef Brisket

1 large beef brisket (get by corned beef, but don't buy corned beef - just beef brisket)

Place beef brisket in a large baking dish, cover with water and bake in oven for 3 to 4 hours or until tender.  Remove meat from water and use forks to shred meat.  This is an excellent meat.  It tastes a lot like chuck roast.  This meat is good hot to use for sandwiches, or cold to take to work for a nice treat.
