Aunt Nina's Cake

Cake
1 (18.25-oz.) yellow cake mix
1 (21.oz.) can apple pie filling
3 large eggs

Topping
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup softened butter
3 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

To make cake:  Combine cake mix, apple pie filling, and eggs until batter is smooth.  Put in buttered and floured 9x13-inch cake pan.  To make topping:  Use clean hands to thoroughly mix together flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and walnuts.  Sprinkle topping on cake batter.  Bake cake at 325 degrees for 42 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
